First Aid Cases

Finger / Toe Injuries

Children often get their fingertips caught in a door. At times, the toes may be damaged on account of a heavy weight falling on them. Homeopathy can be quite effective in providing first aid in such cases. For any serious injury, the child must be rushed to a doctor, while homeopathic treatment is given as first aid.

Symptom:

-Crushed fingertips and toes

-Shooting pains due to injury to nerve endings

Recommended Remedy:

Hypericum 30C may be given every 15 minutes for a couple of hours. Then this remedy may be repeated every 2 hours for two to three days to reduce bruising and help healing. A few doses of Arnica 30C will help in relieving symptoms of shock and pain. Hypericum will help fix damaged skin while Arnica helps in dealing with shock.

Tip:

Give a dose of Arnica 30C every 2 hours while continuing with Hypericum 30C.
